Here’s a series of shots from Nevada City, California. Despite the cute architecture of the town, I spent most of my time shooting the things I usually shoot, and that make my wife very skeptic about my claims of progressing as a photographer…
I spent most of the weekend with my XF23mm f2 slapped on my camera, and I feel that I’m getting more comfortable with this focal length. I can now resit the urge to dive in my bag to grab my 35mm f1.4 when I want to take a portrait.
It looks like my son is also not completely sold on my artistic claims as a photographer.

Great light! (I came from Ritchies blog). I especially like the window and table shot.

Hey Khürt, I’ve started a new job a couple of months ago, and haven’t really had my head into photography since then. I’m sure it will be back shortly 🙂
I hope you’re recovering well!

Hey Khürt!
I started a new job last September and have been quite busy with that, so I didn’t give the blog much time.
I hope you’re well.

Congrats on the new job. Being busy with work means you have work. That’s a good thing.
